About Donna

Owner/Operator
Registered Nurse RN BN PG Cert.
General trained nurse with 7 years experience in audiology.
- Donna has worked in a number of different areas including:
- Specialised Dementia/Older Adult Treatment and rehab
- Infection Prevention and Control
- Community Health care
- Occupational health
- Audiology
- Roles including- Staff Nurse, Acting Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, Vaccinator, Occupational Health Nurse, Lead Ear Nurse, Audiologist Assistance.
“My passion is ears. I love what I do. I love people and I feel very honoured to be part of someone’s health journey.
When I am not cleaning ears and doing hearing tests I am busy with my family which includes my husband Zac, 5 adult children and 6 grandchildren aged 6 years and under , 2 black Labradors and 4 cats.“

Has his own business but helps out at Monarch too.
Zac can appreciate the importance of hearing as he is a hearing aid wearer himself

Lori Halliday-Rook
Administrator.
Very experienced administrator in the ear care world. Lori has worked with
Donna in the past for 5 years before joining
Monarch Ear Care.

When not working Lori loves spending time with her family and bolshy bulldog
Gavin.

Occasionally more time is needed in which case the nurse will notify you.
Occasionally further appointments may be needed and the nurse will discuss this with you also.
