About Donna
Owner/Operator
Registered Nurse RN BN PG Cert.
General trained nurse with 14 year’s experience in audiology.
- Donna has worked in a number of different areas including:
- Specialised Dementia/Older Adult Treatment and rehab
- Infection Prevention and Control
- Community Health care
- Occupational health
- Audiology
- Roles including- Staff Nurse, Acting Charge Nurse, Nurse Educator, Infection Prevention and Control Nurse, Vaccinator, Occupational Health Nurse, Lead Ear Nurse, Audiologist Assistance.
“My passion is ears. I love what I do. I love people and I feel very honoured to be part of someone’s health journey.
When I am not cleaning ears and doing hearing tests I am busy with my family which includes my husband Zac, 5 adult children, 8 grandchildren under 15, a French Bulldog, and 3 cats.“

Has his own business but helps out at Monarch too.
Zac can appreciate the importance of hearing as he is a hearing aid wearer himself

Administrator.
Very experienced administrator in the ear care world. Lori has worked with
Donna in the past for 5 years before joining
Monarch Ear Care.
